We couldn’t have asked for a better day to start our Bike Message Challenge – for who wouldn’t prefer to be out on their bike on a lovely May morning rather than stuck in a car circling Dumfries looking for somewhere to park?
If you haven’t got your challenge card yet don’t panic – there’s plenty of time. You can pick up your card at any of our participating locations or simply email us (cyclingdumfries@gmail.com) with your name, address, and how many cards you’d like and we’ll get some over to you.
You have until the end of June to visit eight different places by bike and collect your stickers to fill in your card. These includes shops, cafes, libraries, museums, banks, hairdressing salons and even a couple of dentists. As a bonus, you may discover some of Dumfries’s hidden gems – there’s a lot going on in our town and now is your chance to explore.
So – what are you waiting for? Go and turn the everyday into an adventure!
