Getting off to a great summer start

What a start we had to our summer cycling season on Saturday – and it showed that it takes more than a spot of monsoon weather to keep Dumfries cycling families down! Cycling Dumfries member Jim Craig was there with his camera and took some great photos that really captured the spirit of the day:

But we didn’t neglect our summer rides in all the excitement. It was great to see some new faces as well as some old friends for the afternoon’s jaunt down to Kingholm Quay and then up to the Old Deer Park.

All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better start to our summer ride season. Join us at 1:45 for 2 next Saturday for our next ride!
