Calling all Kids: a Summer Cycling Challenge

How far do you think you can ride a bike? Does 49 miles seem possible? That’s further than from Dumfries to Newton Stewart – but we think you can do it. That’s because it’s also the total distance of all our summer rides this year – anyone who came to all eight of them would have ridden almost 50 miles – and that’s before you even count all the other cycling you might do all summer.

Little legs can go surprisingly far when you add it all up

That’s why we’re introducing our 2014 Summer Cycle Challenge. Come along to one of our summer rides – every Saturday afternoon in July and August – and pick up your own cycle challenge card. Get the card stamped for every ride you complete and get a certificate at the end showing how far you’ve pedalled. And if you do extra miles, then you can add those in too.

Imagine how far your bike can take you!
